Refund & Return Policy

1. 30-Day Return Window

We want you to love your Meriad Direct products. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

2. Eligible Items

Due to the nature of personal care items, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused products. For hygiene reasons, if the seal is broken or the product has been used, it is no longer eligible for a standard return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened skincare, haircare, and grooming products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at tahiranaseem@meriaddirect.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost. We may ask for photographic proof of the damage to process the claim.

7. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different variant (e.g., a different size or color) of the exact same product, please contact us.

8. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items, unless the item received was defective or damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value returns.
